CityScene Developers
CityScene II is a continuation of a vision by local Midtown residents, Herb, Gayle and Stan Fortson. This vision began in 1998 when the revitalization of the Midtown area was just beginning. The Fortsons purchased an entire city block bounded by Crawford, Drew, Dennis and Jackson Streets. They worked with award winning architect Gordon Wittenberg to create a fresh, contemporary townhouse design that maximized the natural beauty of the area and its dramatic views of the downtown Houston skyline.
CityScene II again utilizes a new Wittenberg design. When completed, CityScene will be a gated community of 28 homes located just minutes from Downtown, Texas Medical Center, Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park.
